Client Support is a subject we take very seriously at Clann. When we deliver a new website the client can expect support which is second-to-none. An advantage of being a smaller company is that we are light on our feet. Our response time is immediate and our commitment is made to you personally.
To be quite honest, one of the main reasons we supply such excellent support is that we don’t want to spend any more time than we have to on supporting past projects. It costs us time and money and it’s BORING! We would much rather spend our time being creative on new projects.
So, by providing really good support material to our clients, they get the benefit of first class support and we get the benefit of knowing that our clients are knowledgeable and equipped to manage their own posts and pages – if they wish to – without breaking anything!
It is important to us, and to the well-being of the website, that clients have a degree of familiarity with the way things work. Clients who are effectively trained are more likely to have the confidence and ability to add news and blog items themselves. Our training can take a number of forms, from one-to-one or group sessions – by the hour or half/full day seminars. We offer printed/ PDF User Manuals that explain the necessary steps to maintain your website or to add news items that will keep Google interested! We can train you to make your own updates and backups, but if you prefer you can leave it all to us. We offer complete Support Plans that come with a variety of options to ensure that your WordPress Website is kept up to date, secure and relevant to your client base.
